Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT HEAD INDONESIA leading company with a core focus on mining. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 12 years' experience in coal mining sector for the job of Internal Audit Department Head. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key job responsibilities include: In charge of all audit planning activities, from budgeting to audit notification, RCM (Risk Control Matrix) and establishing audit programs Implement internal audit function based on agreed procedures Lead audit closing meetings and ensure validity and coverage of all issues & agreed action plan Monitor and ensure implementation of agreed action plan accordingly to audit recommendation, including risk management factors Develop internal audit methodology and recommend continuous improvements Review, evaluate and develop audit team's competencies and skills in order to maintain quality of audit results Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Industrial Engineering/ Mining Engineering/ Geology/ Information Technology At least 6-10 years of working experience in Coal mining industry Strong skill in Strategic management, GRC concepts, knowledge of IA methodology & application, knowledge of IA standards & code ethics, writing & reporting Strong leadership and communication skill Certification CIA Certification (preferably)
