Chief Executive Officer

Job Description : CEO VIETNAM In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing strategy for both commercial and factory teams to bring business to the next level. Responsible for P&L in Vietnam Capable to identify new opportunities and strategy to win business opportunities Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing business partners such as distributors, project owners, design consultants and contractors To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with Regional CEO, and well-manage subordinates within internal matrix. At least 15 years + experiences with proven track record within electrical industry Excellent communication with interpersonal skills Self-driven, goal-oriented with strategical mindset Good team management skill
