Job Description : Resort Manager UAE Location - Island in Abu Dhabi Salary - AED 30000 to AED 35000 The Resort Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort, to day-to-day staff management, VVIP end users and stakeholder. Work Very closely with the client/resort representative and other stake holders. Responsible for managing the resort Facility management team (HOD's) and overall resort targets to deliver an excellent service delivery. Resort Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and end user satisfaction measures. EXPERIENCE: At least 15 to 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience and 5 to 10 years of experience as or Asst. General Manager. EDUCATION: A university degree in Engineering/hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with a clear track record
