Senior Director Commercial Finance

Job Description : SENIOR DIRECTOR COMMERCIAL FINANCE SINGAPORE a disruptor and enabler within the Digital and Fintech space registering strong growth year on year and have raised advanced stages funding from large reputable investors. They have completed a number of acquisitions in the recent years and is now focusing on integrating and optimising finance processes and structure to support the growth journey. They are now looking for a Senior Director, Finance Business Partner to drive the expansion of the business footprints for the APAC region. You will be a commercial finance business partner regional president and various business unit heads in driving P&L performance and optimising cost structures within APAC region. You will provide strategic and tactical advice on current business positioning, identify opportunities and risks areas and drive the business plan review. You will manage the budget and forecast activities as well as overall performance monitoring for the different business units. You will drive and maintain governance framework across key financial decisions including areas on pricing and discounts and work alongside with finance operations team in integration of newly acquired/set up entities. They are investing in a series of automation and process improvement projects and you will be a key pillar to drive this for the regional commercial finance function.The ideal candidate should be Finance & Accounting/Business/Economics Degree qualified with >18 years of recent commercial finance experience ideally with large FMCG/Retail companies. Candidates with prior Big 4 experience will be of advantage. You are a confident with strong business acumen and able to connect the dots between finance and business seamlessly. You are highly analytical with a sharp astute with strong communication skills to challenge stakeholders on status quo. This individual should be a self-starter and highly motivated by results and outcomes. You should also be highly proficient with Excel and other business intelligence software (qlik, tableau, powerBI).
