Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE FINANCE MANAGER (M&A & START-UP EXPERIENCE) a leading name in the Tech industry is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations in their Dubai & regional offices. They would monitor the company’s finances and produce financial reports. They would work closely with management to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve the company’s long-term objectives. Use their in-depth analytical skills to help executives understand the financial health of the organization for improved decision making. Responsibilities: Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements Handle end to end Mergers & Acquisitions review, analysis and execution Skills and experience CA, CPA or CFA Qualified Background from an in-house corporate development role (preferably Tech industry) Experience in M&A and Start-up is a must Excellent written/verbal communication and analytical skills Advance report writing, research and modelling ability Commitment to delivering exceptional client service Compensation - USD 10,000 plus benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
