Job Description : MD VIETNAM A rapidly expanding agriculture company is looking for talented Managing Director in HCMC to take a newly created role. In this job, you will report to the Group CEO and be responsible for taking the business into the next phase of growth. In this role you will be responsible for managing the business in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. Experienced in both B2B and B2C business environment Fifteen plus year's experience managing similar job scope before with proven track record of growing the businesses Understanding the manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills Driven and experienced in change management
