General Manager

Job Description : GM THAILAND FOR FOOD RETAIL one of the growing food retail based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a role for an operation who is a leader in their field. As the General Manager (Food retail) you will manage and ensure execution of operating standards that optimise returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits. You will enjoy attractive base salary with bonus for this role. Analyse and report weekly on controllable, sales and profits to ensure accurate and timely customer service Developing and recommending operating plan, training budget and budget in addition to ensuring meeting established budgetary guidelines In-store promotional campaigns execution and sales target planning Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image Set sales target of the responsible areas and drive sales to ensure achieve target Lead the team to create, develop and update any related procedures/ systems and operational manual Maintain and contribute relationship with landlord and keeping rental contract and cost in check Bachelor' / Masters Degree in Business Management or any related fields At least 10 years' experience in management of store operations Excellence knowledge/experience in food business and take care multiple stores Experience with budgets, P&L and forecasting High self-discipline, self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure Strong skill in driving for results
