Finance Controlling Manager

Job Description : FINANCE CONTROLLING MANAGER MALAYSIA This role reports directly to a Finance Director with a supportive working environment in Malaysia. About the Finance Controlling Manager Role: In this position, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing monthly forecasts and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all controls are performed on a timely basis with a particular focus on the Financial Statement Close Process, fixed assets, stock movements and cash Ensure timely completion of annual audits and annual corporate submission Ensure all government filings and compliance are in place Handle confidential payroll Journals and reconciliation of payroll to reported personnel cost Maintain strong record keeping culture including written procedures Review and suggest improvements to the existing control framework Oversee budget process and ensure compliance with HQ budget directives To succeed in the Finance Controlling Manager role, you will need to have strong knowledge of Malaysia tax and reporting requirements. 15+ years experience Industry knowledge in retail, FMCG or multinational companies Knowledge of accounting standards - US GAAP/IFRS/MFRS
