Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD MALAYSIA A fashion retailer is recruiting for a Head of Finance job to be part of the management team. This role will work closely with the CEO. In this business critical role, you will manage all financial tasks of the company. Manage all financial transactions and ensure proper record-keeping Prepare management account and financial performance information Work with commercial team to develop sales forecast and budget Manage the finance team by setting clear standards of performance and objectives. Provide constructive feedback and training if required Own and create new strategies for developing performance customer analytics, including managing the team to produce weekly and monthly reports that support business efforts and highlight key insights and trends Ensure all financial activities and reporting are in compliance with legal requirements and financial Develop, implement and improve existing financial processes to enhance business performance Other finance and legal related ad hoc duties requirements To succeed in the Head of Finance job, you need to have past proven record on building a high performing finance team. BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or any relevant field MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is an added advantage At least 10 years in a similar role Solid analytical and decision-making skills, and leadership abilities Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially advanced excel
