FP & A Manager

Job Description : FP & A MANAGER MALAYSIA An exciting FP&A Manager - Retail job has just made available with one of the retail MNCs. This role will be based at the HQ in Petaling Jaya. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for the end to end operations of the collection process function supporting all Asia Pacific countries. Give analysis and financial advice on commercial decisions to retail, e-commerce and real estate departments Understand opportunities and risk relating to retail operation, including regulations and advise management accordingly Oversee the controls over shop receipt and retail stock movements as well as e-commerce Manage all the financial and accounting activities for the retail division including expense management, the annual budget process, forecasting, and the month-end close Ensure retail accounts and statistics are in accordance with the books and records of the company in accordance with statutory requirements and generally accepted accounting practices/guidelines/standards To succeed in the FP&A Manager - Retail job, you will need to have past working experience working in a similar setup or industry. Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc. At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and financial experience in retail/FMCG environment with a multinational company or a minimum of three years in management Ability to think creatively, proactive in initiating improvement and problem solving, highly-driven and self-motivated Organised, result oriented and able to deliver on deadline with excellent time management skills
