Chief Business Officer

Job Description : CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER UAE FOR CONSUMER DURABLE a leading player in UAE with active presence in the region and Africa is looking for a Regional Business Head to manage and spearhead their aggressive growth plans in the consumer durables segment. They represent best global brands in the segments they operate. Incumbent should have extensive knowledge of consumer durable segment in the MENA region, with a hands-on approach handling show room/dealer level network, ability to handle a large team, identify and establish strategic alliances, tie-ups with new business partners, deep market penetration and ability to grow business in the new markets. The incumbent will have to manage the entire P&L and in the process should keep an eye on product mixes, selling prices, managing and increasing the sales volumes , keeping in line of supply and demand trends & market intelligence. Ideal candidate will have at least 25 years of experience in consumer durables industry out of which at least 8-10 years in a leadership role in Middle East region with a company of repute. Should have excellent knowledge of the market and relations with leading retailers, modern trade partners , with excellent communication and presentation skills. Individual should be flexible to relocate within Middle East.
