Finance Process Director

Job Description : FINANCE PROCESS DIRECTOR SINGAPORE disruptor and enabler within the Digital and Fintech space registering strong growth year on year and have raised advanced stages funding from large reputable investors. They have completed a number of acquisitions in the recent years and is now focusing on integrating and optimising finance processes and structure to support the growth journey. They are now looking for a Finance Process & Transformation Director to drive a series of transformation activities and process standardisation across different markets. You will be instrumental in supporting the Finance stakeholders in achieving transformation goals to drive towards higher efficiency and standardised process across different markets in APAC. You will support business initiatives through designing process and suggesting systems developments and create SOPs for new businesses to be integrated with the other parts of the business. You will drive the transition of newly set-up/created entities with the support of SSC and BPO provider. You will conduct workshops to identify process gaps, re-design and explore adoption of automation tools and provide training to the end users. The ideal candidate should possess Degree in Finance & Accounting, CA/CPA qualified with >10 years of experience in Finance process and transformation roles. Familiarity with SAP system and strong project management skills are necessary. You come with strong problem solving abilities, leadership skills to drive and steer outcomes while managing remote/indirect team members to achieve end goals. You are vocal and have strong interpersonal skills to drive change management. Industries are open including candidates from fintech/consumer/digital/logistics sectors.
