General Manager

Job Description : GM SHARJAH UAE a very well known name in the Lubricants and Greases business in India and they are now establishing a state of the art manufacturing unit in Sharjah for which we have been given the task of identifying an experienced General Manager from the lubricant industry. The GM will be the head of the company, reporting directly to the Board of Directors in India and will have complete P&L and operational responsibility for the unit. Providing leadership to the entire workforce, the GM will launch the company's products in various markets across the region, oversee production and logistics, marketing and sales, HR and administration etc. The best candidate for this position would be someone from the lubricant industry within the UAE with atleast 20 years of experience, preferably from the sales or operation side who is currently in a similar senior position with complete responsibility for P&L and who is currently managing a large team of people. We want to close this position very quickly and preference would be for those who can come on board soon
