Who would be responsible for, Role and Responsibilities: 1.Manage M&As, investments, fund-raising and other strategic topics in line with industry best practices at optimal cost. 2. who can handle loan documentation 3. Manage cash flow and forecasting- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks, Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure, ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations.
