Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER KENYA Account Receivable Management; Account Payable Management; Treasury Management; Fixed Assets Management; Auditing and Reporting; Internal Financial Control; Tax Assessment and Litigation; Tax MIS, Advisory and Support Budgeting, Financial planning; Accounting; Compliance; Financial analytics and forecasting; Risk analysis; Financial reporting; Requirements Degree in Finance, Bcom or equivalent Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CPA(K) or equivalent) Knowledge, application and experience in accounting packages such as Sage, SAP Over 8 years post qualification experience in Finance/Accounts role Excellent financial accounting skills and demonstrate strong financial controls Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to exercise strong judgement and independence Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience in working remotely with various geographical zones Ability to engage and work well at all levels in the organization Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment, demonstrating a high degree of diligence and accountability Self-motivated and reliable to meet deadlines Creative / Proactive in thinking about a bigger picture and how we can improve as a company Amenable to work flexible hours
