Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintenance Manager with a background in both process plant and mobile to join their team on site in the DRC. Responsibilities: · Leading the maintenance team on site. · Ensuring all equipment is maintained in accordance with defined standards. · Ensuring spare parts and resource availability. · Asset management and reporting. · Continuous improvement initiatives. · Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained. · Mentoring and training subordinates. Requirements: Qualification and Skill · Mechanical Engineering degree or similar qualification. · 15 years previous experience in mobile plant and process plant maintenance within operating mines, including at least 5 years at management level. · Sound CMMS experience. · Understanding of and ability to implement maintenance systems and performance measures. · Previous experience as an expatriate in remote locations in Africa. Benefits and Contractual information: · FIFO roster. · 2 year contract.
