Job Description : MAINTENANCE MANAGER JORDAN 20+ years experience 1. Ensure optimal plant performance through efficient maintenance management and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Maintains assets and facility, inventory, monitoring purchase orders, timely invoices and approvals, and manages the department budget. 3. Drives the Maintenance initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance 4. Developing and maintaining quality standards and safety concerns 5. Maintaining departmental budget by reviewing financial statements; monitoring line efficiencies; monitoring labor cost; and other expenses. 6. Create and implement maintenance procedures as per Client requirement 7. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. 8. Analyze the daily progress reports submitted pertaining to the site 9. Cutting down on maintenance activities by decreasing the break-downs through better equipment maintenance and performance 10. Should be proficient in handling maintenance of equipment such as follows: Ball Mills / Sag Mills Pan Filters Heat Exchangers Stacker - Reclaimer Steam Turbine Acid Coolers Blowers Sulphur Furnace Sulphur Melter Boiler DM (Demineralization) Plant
