Group Legal Manager

Job Description : Group Legal Manager NIGERIA Location :Sango-OTA , in OGUN state in Nigeria Qualification & Experience: LLB/ LLM. CS qualified professionals will be preferred Should have over 20 years of experience of which, 3 to 4 years should be in a leadership/Independent head of any Corporate Organisation Should have in-depth knowledge of handing land disputes, trade disputes, debt recoveries in corporate FMCG businesses and Real Estate companies. Should be able co-ordinate board meetings & draw minutes etc. Must have exposure to West African working environment. Exposure to Nigeria will be an added advantage. Role/ Function To head the Corporate Legal function of group with 10 plus nos of registered companies based in Sango-OTA Industrial belt in OGUN state in Nigeria. Handling all litigations end to end, initiating legal action for debt recovery, coordination with company lawyer are key deliverables of this role. This role is based out of OTA.
