Job Description : FACTORY DIRECTOR VIETNAM global manufacturing company is looking for a Virtual International Factory Director based in HCM city. This position will be leading an international team by supporting business with competitive cost and customer satisfaction. Managing brand labelling & contract manufacturing suppliers Manage exporting components from suppliers in EAJ region to the factories of SE in other regions Involving/taking brand labelling project management for future growth To achieve customer satisfactions by providing the best logistics solutions and service level; by effective quality control and quick actions of problem solving; by enhancing supplier performance management and by driving productivities To develop team’s competencies and people’s career path To build up the global network with related stakeholders: BU, IG customer, suppliers and project team etc. Bachelor degree. MBA or other advanced degree preferred 18+ years for Supply Chain Planning/Procurement/General management experiences; the experience of managing brand labelling/contract manufacturing supplier is a plus Supply chain planning, procurement and supplier performance management Strong management skill (drive transformation, change management and influence (networking) Technical Skill (Understanding of financial indicators with ability to identify and drive results. Strong understanding lean, supply chain principles and other SPS principles. Mastering of quality tools & methodologies
