Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : SCM VIETNAM In this business-critical role, you will develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategy with the goal to improve demand forecasting, planning & delivery logistic efficiency and reduce costs while securing high quality service for customers. Create the company’s supply chain strategy to implement supply chain excellence best practices Analyse data from logistics and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and other issues Evaluate, improve and report on KPIs Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly Improve supply chain inventory and maintain records Mentor and develop Supply Chain Team Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, production planning etc) Collaborate with other departments and other subsidiaries to create coordinated plans for supply chain excellence, lead-time reduction & business growth Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts) Ensure supply chain processes meet C-TPAT standards, Vietnam legal requirements and standard Relevant degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or similar field Excellent understanding of supply chain processes and good knowledge of relevant software and ERP systems, Microsoft AX Preferred experience in manufacturing environment including import and export activities, with over 10 years’ experience in supply chain management & excellence Previous experience of min. five years as a supply chain manager
