Job Description : GM GHANA FOR PAPER INDUSTRY The purpose of the job is to achieve the Top line & Bottom of the Organization by effectively managing end to end Manufacturing, Production, Operations of Corrugated cartons Plant. Job Context: To overlook the Factory operations Execution of operations as per SOP Requirement of Raw material and utilities department wise Ensuring finished goods are dispatched within stipulated time period Ensuring safety & security of the People, Products & Properties of the company Employee Motivation & team spirit Maintaining hygiene at the factory at all times Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of all equipment at all times Ensuring all the equipment are running efficiently Key Skills Technical or Functional Competencies Market & Process Awareness Product Improvisation Good Procurement & negotiations skills Subject Matter Expertise - Technical Value Engineering Good Computer, Financial Skills Analytical Skills 20 - 25 Years experience in manufacturing of Corrugated Cartons 3ply &5ply, knowledge of paper specification and procurement of raw materials, Should have at least 5 years of P&L management experience. Graduate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering, MBA - Sales & Marketing will be considered as add on qualification
