Job Description : GM UAE Industry - Automotive ( Car Modification ) Exp - 15+ Years JD - 1. Business Development i. Develop market. ii. Be in regular touch with the market to get updates from the industry and competition. iii. Build confidence and keep Customers updated on new modification models for developing interest. iv. Introduce new modifications. v. Organize appropriate bundling of package to promote other modifications or at better margins. vi. Start Comfort Facto by making that self-indulgence a key element of marketing strategy. 2.Explore New markets/avenues. i. Identify new markets t/ avenues to explore and diversify as and when required. ii. Quantify and qualify the market opportunity and its attractiveness. iii. Prepare country/avenues profile & pre-visit plan for countries and P&L for projects. iv. Identify prospects and Opportunity. v. Start engaging with the prospects for sales opportunity. 2. Develop Accessorization & Vehicle modification Business. a. Improve the realization & the value of the group sale’s vehicles by minor modification. b. Accumulate the vendor’s information involved in accessorizing and modification business. c. Regularly update Sales team on the new accessories/brands in the market. d. Provide the quote and furnish required info to sales team on Ad hoc basis. e. Identify another vehicle on which regular accessorizing can be done and improve margin/quality on existing models. f. Target Commercial Vehicles/Medical/School/Defense segment to promote special vehicle building/modification. g. Generate customer base through cross selling different modification services. h. Participate in UNGM/NGO tenders and aid companies that are already associated with UNGM/NGO to get visibility towards special vehicles and generate additional revenue. 3. #Operation a. Align Sales and Marketing. b. Develop team to have a sustainable revenue . c. Develop strategic partnerships to meet required mark-ups & continuous supply. d. Constant check on the productivity and flow of RO e. Elevate brand and Manage your customer acquisition costs.
