Sales Manager
10 yearsJob Description : SALES MANAGER UAE growing FMCG multinational company with regional office in Dubai, UAE. Looking at hiring a Sales Manager for their skincare portfolio. Key Responsibilities- • Establishing and implementing policies, goals and strategies in correlation with related line managers • Monitoring distributor to ensure if the sales plan is in line with company objectives. • Work with Trade Marketing team in the development of trade marketing tools • Work collaboratively with Innovation, Supply chain & Marketing departments on product trends, competitors analysis, customized sales strategy per country of distribution. • Plan and direct sales promotions, whilst coordinating with the other Head of Departments and ensuring their compliance • Maintain and track the quarterly budget of the Sales department and simultaneously directing and coordinating financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency. • Ensuring that targets are delivered through effective and progressive people management, performance review, and adequate rewards. • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly • Facilitate and add value to the selling process by identifying new customers/channels for the business • Distributor network growth and management • Develops ways to improve activities and results and contributes to implementation. • Fully competent in the application of all required Sales/Marketing processes i.e. ,forecasting, preplanning, approach, evolving needs, presentation, closing the sales. Requirements • 10 years of Proven experience in a relevant FMCG/Distributor company with experience in personal care category. Strong Key account management experience/Modern Trade channel expertise. • Good communication and team management skills. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions. • Ability to analyze all options and optimize resources for achievement of overall objectives. • Open-minded, solution-driven, results and process oriented with team work attitude. • Proactive, curious, fast learner and ability to work autonomously. • Capacity to perform under pressure, multitask and overcome challenges.
