Regional Sales Manager

Job Description : RSM SINGAPORE An exciting Regional Sales Manager job for South Asia Pacific has become available at one of the most established organisations in the built specialty truck sector in Singapore. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director, this is a commercial role for a leader in the specialty truck or heavy equipment sector. In this business critical role, you will develop new market channels and distribution network within South Asia Pacific market and to increase sales revenue. Drive sales through existing product lines within the South Asia market Prospect and map new sales opportunities and channel development across signed region Experience in dealing with government bodies and managing multiple large and complex projects Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to understand their need and concerns to mitigate the requirements and remove barriers Provide strong commercial support and assist in the promotion of existing products at all events Work closely with the aftersales, product and marketing team Develop distribution or channel partners and interact with end users To succeed in the Regional Sales Manager job, you will need to have experience previously working in the heavy equipment sector or airport security. Minimum of 10 years' sales experience in the heavy equipment sectors and distribution management Minimum a bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience working with dealers and selling direct to the end-users in the heavy equipment or machinery space Excellent people skills and demonstrate a good understanding of the South Asia Pacific Market Good command of Japanese language is highly preferred Project and contract management expertise with experience in RFP and RFP development Strong consulting, interpersonal team player and decision-making skills
