10 yearsJob Description : SERVICE MANAGER FOR 2 AND 3 WHEELERS GHANA Service and Collection: Develops the service strategy to achieve organizational service center revenue goals as per budget Plans the Range Servicing campaign by location Ensures collections are as per the service value Increases customer base - adding new customers Develops and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business. Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures. Monitors and follows up on parts orders with the parts manager to ensure availability Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports Motivates & drives service team for service target achievement - Top Line Operations: Networks with and develop strong working relationships with existing and potential dealers and mechanics Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with parts dealers (customers) and communicates those internally to the functions Conduct training for all the channels and team on products Confers with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays. Liaises with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives. Ensure compliance to all audit regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality. Ensures the proper care, storage and inventory of special tools. Maintains safe work environment and professional appearance of all staff Control expenses in the service center People Management Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work. Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees. Identifies training and developmental priorities for the department to ensure that all employees possess the requisite skills and knowledge to successfully perform their roles and responsibilities. Coaches and mentor employees as appropriate to improve individual performance and develop a motivated and high performance team. Market Research Exploring expansion opportunities through continuous market research Use understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets to provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies Brand Promotions & Brand Building, thus achieving the desired market share for the business vertical Required Skills 10 Years of Experience Qualifications Min 10 years’ experience out of which at least 5 years in similar position in Service of 2 and 3 wheeler with an organization/ s of repute. MBA, Marketing or similar professional qualification Proven experience in customer relationship management. Should have managed and motivated a sales team of at least 10 personals Should be able to work under pressure
