Job Description : EXPATRIATE HEAD ELECTRONICS NIGERIA 15+ years experience Ensuring the selection and buying of products at all times based on customer needs / consumption pattern (Buying) To consistently consider the customer first in everything they buy To Plan buying based on actual customer surveys, pre existing data , market survey/market intelligence , supplier support (Category management/ consumer grocery/purchase list) in sync with company /buying targets Preparation of store / location visit plans on a quarterly basis for self to get the market flavour Forecast & budget buying in conjunction with the category heads and & other heads as relevant and project targeted sales To Strategies , prepare & allocate buying targets / budgets across all stores based on company goals & strategies (lead and strategise open market buying) Establish and oversee periodical and clear pricing architecture for each range according to the local market requirements in conjunction with the Business head , retail Store manager, other parties relevant Conceptualize and plan product range ,private labels, product development Review monthly buying and sale and adjust the ordering/requirements based on internal ( reports ) & external ( customer surveys & market intelligence)reports Responsibilities: Must be pro-active, self-motivated, goal-oriented, confident, flexible, and adaptable to a fastworking environment Must be willing to expand his working hour from the normal working timings Must Work well with others and independently, to meet deadlines Must be able to digest stress and find solution on a wider perspective with long term visions Education and Experience:
