15 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY SALES MANAGER VIETNAM FOR TYRES One of the world’s leading manufacturing companies in automotive sector is looking for talented Country Sales Manager in Vietnam to take a newly created role. In this job, you will work independently and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target. In this role you will be responsible for promoting the new business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales and marketing - related activities. Meeting the budgeted sales targets for Vietnam Support distributors through technical and product training and work along with distributors To constantly strive to increase market share in various business segments Developing and expanding network in market Establish and maintain good personal rapport with major account holders Engage and update dealers and distributors on regular basis through periodic formal product communication sessions and frequent informal interactions Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, sales program, and update the report as monthly basis Implement policies/ plans of the company to achieve business plans Gather market intelligence on competitor activity Capture end-user requirements and prioritise product mix for sales and marketing activities Drive dealer and end-user loyalty Support various survey and data generation activity for business planning Graduate degree. Minimum 15 years in tyre sales Excellent distributor management and relationship building skills Self-motivated and result oriented Excellent in English- written and spoken Good leadership skill, conceptual & analytical thinking Have pleasant personality, the ability to communicate well with people, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
