Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR THAILAND FOR AUTO An exciting Sales Director - Automotive (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global Automotive part Manufacturing company brand based in Bangkok. This is a role for a Senior Sales Manager who would like to step up in their field. This is the critical role, you will be leading a sales team to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations. This position offers base salary + bonuses. Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs Analyses sales history to formulate new policies designed to promote sales Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs and volume potential and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments Analyses and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements Recommends or approves new expenditures and appropriations Maintains a professional appearance Attends sales meetings Other tasks as assigned To be successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years' experiences in sales in automotive industry with at least five years in managerial level. Bachelor of Business Administration or related field At least 10 years experience in sales, aftersales and/or marketing in automotive industry with five years experiences in managerial level (Have experience in offline- online sales/marketing will be advantage) Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Good command of English Strong business acumen, leadership, self-motivated, positive mindset, analytical thinking and resulted-oriented
