Job Description : PLANT PRODUCTION MANAGER THAILAND An exciting Plant Production Manager (x1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global food manufacturer based in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Site Director, this is a role for plant production manager who is an expert in production and people management in FMCG manufacturing environment and able to work at manufacturing site in Nakhon Ratchasima. This is a great opportunity for the Plant Production Manager to responsible for managing the production teams to achieve the production plan incorporating with product quality, quantity, cost efficiency, and delivery time, as well as to ensure the safe operation environment established in the plant. You will also develop people, process, and machinery to meet world class manufacturing level. The salary is competitive, and company provides variable bonus, provident fund, and insurance. Lead and manage production team to deliver the best performance and productivity with desired quality, food safety standards, and employee safety at the right cost and time Ensure the safe operation environment established at the plant Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and provide direction regarding plant operations Initiate master plan of man, machine, material management and up to date regarding business situation Lead the improvement of plant operation to meet global standard To succeed in the Plant Production Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science or related fields Minimum 10 years work experience in production operation in FMCG/ F&B manufacturing Minimum five years work experience in managerial level and has proven skill of people management Strong stakeholder management, proven success in leading and engaging teams, and developing a talent pipeline Excellent communication skill both Thai and English Flexibility on work location in upcountry and working time, able to work based at manufacturing plants
