Head of Food Production Strategy

Job Description : HEAD OF FOOD PRODUCTION STRATEGY INDONSIA A rapidly expanding food manufacturer is seeking a talented Head of Production Strategy (Food) in Jakarta, Indonesia to take on a strategic oriented role. In this job, you will lead the plant and responsible for all control and planning for plant development. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad plant development strategy, and delivering the highest quality product supply which align with the sales strategy. You will also take the lead providing direction to all strategic and planning-related activities, including cost effectiveness, maintenance, monitoring and business development strategy. Plan and control production cost Manpower, machine, raw material and other supported material planning Control product quality based on the required specifications Monitor and maintain the price and quality of raw material Monitor supply of finished food product and align with sales requirements Review maintenance system and machine performance Monitor safety and hygiene in the plant as procedures Continuous improvement and business development To succeed in this role you must have the ability to lead effectively and possess a keen understanding of production and plant operations. Bachelor's degree from related major with more than 10 years of work experience at a managerial level in food manufacturing Knowledgeable in HACCP, GMP, ISO and SMK3 Experience in using SAP Expert in quality, production and PPIC processes Knowledgeable of preventive maintenance and engineering Knowledgeable of Six Sigma, Balance Score Card system Work location: Jakarta Willing to travel for plant control
