Ø Educational Qualification: • Completion of master’s degree or MBA in food management, hospitality, nutrition and/or culinary arts. Ø Professional Experiences: • 15+ years of professional experience with at least 7 years of senior management experience in a high-performing organization; experience working in international restaurant chains strongly preferred. Ø Licenses/Certifications: NA Ø Competency: • Extensive Operational knowledge regarding the Food Supply Chain • Excellent knowledge in Business Management and practices • Excellent knowledge on Budgetary Planning and effective utilization • Excellent understanding in improving systems, procedures, and Foods’ Quality Standards and local government standards. • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Managerial and Leadership Skills • Strategic planning & deployment • Collaboration & Coordination among the team • High ability in negotiation and convincing ability • Guest-oriented and service-minded person with excellent in verbal and written communication skills • Language English/Arabic
