Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO AUSTRALIA Chief Financial Officer(CFO). As a crucial part of the Executive Team and reporting to the Group CEO, the CFO will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the group and accountable for the efficiency, high performance, and overall financial accounting agenda of the Group and will also serve as a strategic financial partner to the leadership team. The CFO will bring insightful analysis, modelling, process, reporting, metrics, and disciplined control to drive continuous business improvement. We are seeking a candidate with: · 10 years of senior financial position in a commercially oriented international environment including a minimum of 5 years of recent experience as the CFO or finance leader within a business. · A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on accounting experience. · Deep understanding of the financial operations of an international import/export company · Excellent knowledge of financial data analysis and forecasting methods and modelling. · Deep understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices · Demonstrated ability to utilize and optimize accounting and financial management applications. · Business planning and development skills that span the corporate organization. This includes the ability to see the “big picture” and to work well in a senior leadership position. · Ability to strategize and problem solve. · An undergraduate degree in business, finance, or accounting; a CPA or MBA preferred.
