Prepare annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operation plan Oversee company’s fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting, and auditing Develop and execute business strategies and look at commercial, marketing and operation aspect to align with the company's corporate direction Implement policies and processes to align with local market needs and corporate objectives Review current workflow processes and drive continuous improvement towards operational excellence to maximise margin and increase revenue growth Review and plan manpower allocation from different departments Measure and analyses business performance quantitatively, providing thought leadership on appropriates KPIs to ensure strong performance management Lead the local team and have experience managing cross-functional teams More than 15 years of commercial or operational experience in logistics or semiconductor market Good understanding of logistics, engineering, and semiconductor industry Commercially focused and results oriented Experience managing P&L and various teams is preferred Candidates with regional exposure are preferred Excellent communication, management, and interpersonal skills Willingness of candidate to be hands-on in their work Receptive to open communication and change environment Bilingual language proficiency of English and Mandarin is preferred as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
