Country Manager

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER PHILIPPINES FOR FMCG An exciting Country Manager (FMCG) job has become available at a high-potential personal care MNC. Be responsible for total support budget for personal care categories within the region Ensure product visibility and proper distribution by distributors Review sales performance vs budget Ensure the execution of national brand marketing plans (BMP), within the category plan guidelines, to meet company goals Plan and coordinate with the Regional Manager and Regional Marketing Team to build brand credibility and awareness Build productive working relationships with distributors, PR agencies, vendors, finance and supply chain to manage day-to-day operations Develop total marketing plan for personal care divisions Conceptualise brand promotions country wide for better reach in consultation with the Regional Manager Be accountable for the analysis of brand performance and brand health by constantly evaluating performance of national support activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives (score card and brand quarterly tracker). This includes the monitoring of progress against key trial and awareness measures, quality of in-store support, distribution and availability per channel i.e. place, pricing and promotions in-store and initiating measuring the effectiveness and ROI of key activities Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent Minimum of 15 years of work experience in a senior sales role Experience in FMCG/consumer goods sales and managing a team of sales personnel is required Possess good written and communication skills in English Demonstrated abilities to multitask and adhere to tight deadlines Well organised with a customer-oriented approach Willing to work in the market two to three days a week
