Job Description : INTERNAL AUDIT DIRECTOR UAE A Technology Company based in UAE is to hire for a Director of Internal Audit and who will act as advisor to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and business processes. Key Responsibilities: Acts in advisory capacity to help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and business Collaborates with Management to outline internal audit needs and purpose, with the aim of building stakeholder requirements into department plans Conducts Internal Control evaluation and risk assessment to identify loopholes and areas requiring management Ensures audit engagements are adequately documented and audit evidence is sufficient to prepare accurate audit reports to the Audit Committee Ensures completion of audit assignments to provide independent, objective assurance to the Audit Committee Prepares an annual Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment and, identifying areas of potential internal control exposure and areas for improving operational efficiency Establishes policies and procedures to guide the internal audit Recommend improvements to Internal Audit departmental policy Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to departmental needs Bachelor’s Degree 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in Audit Professional Certificate CPA, CIA and/or CISA
