Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a role for a marketer who is a leader in their field. About the National Sales Manager (FMCG) Role: This is a business critical opportunity for the National Sales Manager (FMCG) to strategically formulate sales plans to raise sales revenue and meet business plan, sales and profit growth targets for the key accounts. Develop channel strategies/ensure the channel strategy is implementable and is fitting to the local market context Deliver sales, margin, profitability, trade spend, account receivables and sales forecast bias as per KPIs Develop winning strategies aimed at leveraging the company’s business in a sustainable way Explore and develop new sales/growth opportunities across the various sales channels Negotiate annual trade terms and ensure tip-top account receivables with customers Degree or higher in a sales, marketing or related field 10 years of experience in sales/business management from a consumer electronics/appliance/FMCG industry Good personnel management skills Strong planning, analytical and coordination skills Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to work in a team and with people at all levels of the organisation
