Job Description : SALES HEAD UAE known FMCG Company looking for a Head of Sales and logistics to their office in Dubai : Distribution of FMCG products A Until 2007, was the exclusive distributor of Philip Morris in Russia. Now they have their own first batch in Dubai that is completely legal and certified by the relevant UAE authorities. The product is produced in the most demanded FMCG factory in China and is of the highest quality. The number of sales of this model in the world per year is 100 million units. They need someone who can help them to build an empire in the UAE from the green field. · Requirements: · Experience in the distribution of FMCG products in UAE · Experience in a management position (we are not looking for a regular salesman, but general manager) · To oversee ongoing operations and procedures. · Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures. · Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. · Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives(IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.,) · Manage relationships with partners and vendors. · Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing etc., · Managing staff, overseeing the budget, employing, marketing strategies and many other facets of the business. · Seeking out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships. · Business negotiation experience · Fluent knowledge of English · Knowledge of the Russian/Arabic language will be an advantage
