Contracts Engineer

Job Description : CONTRACTS ENGINEER KUWAIT • B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum 10-12 years of experience from a reputed organization. Min 6 yrs of overseas experience is must. • Should have knowledge in Quantification, Billing & Estimation including comparison with tender pricing, rate analysis, budgeting, prepare cash flow. • Understand & identify contract variations, prepare extra claims, procure subcontracts, prepare final accounts • Manages the competitive bidding and selection process. • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors/suppliers are commercially advantageous.
