Quantity Surveyor

Job Description : Quantity Surveyor • B.E/B.Tech. (Civil) with minimum of 10-12 years of experience from a reputed organization. Min 6 yrs of overseas experience is must. • Evaluation of rates, negotiation & agreement on variations along with the financial status of contracts • Preparation of final statements, discharge, project close puts & settlements of final accounts • Preparation of monthly valuations. • Identifying & preparing variations claims • Certifying payments for sub-contractors • Actively being involved in resolving contractual matters with sub-contractors & qualification works to prepare the material requirement schedules, bar bending schedules & budgets • Preparation of material status reports & monthly progress reports
