Retail Operations Director

Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR UAE A renowned retail chain in the Middle East is looking for a Retail Operations Director based in Dubai. We are looking for a leader who can contribute to a fast-paced team. This person will be highly commercially driven to maximize the performance of the retail stores and ensure that the customer experience is exceptional. · Strong retail operational knowledge to drive retail operations in order to ensure store profitability and revenue growth across the Middle East. (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt & Oman) · Attention to detail to identify any shortfalls or loopholes and puts the right actions/procedures in place to protect the business. · Set required standard operating procedures & able to update policies and procedures to support the business growth · Commercially switched on with deep knowledge on business, products with strong critical thinking and analytical ability to drive numbers. · Exhibit strong business acumen to work closely with all relevant stakeholders. · Manage ongoing and upcoming projects · Strong market intelligence with modern retailing and digital background experience of handling E-commerce is preferred. Requirements: · You will be a people person, multicultural, dependable, and a go-getter with the right attitude to be successful in this role. · Planning & Organizational skills & ability to prioritize with sharp time management skills. · It is your excellent articulation and good listening skills that will charm your collaborations · A person with GCC experience is preferred who has managed premium/luxury mono-brands or multi-brands across several countries.
