Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD THAILAND You will lead plants operations and work closely with management team in driving business to the next level. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business strategies and operations plan for the business to meet its short and long term goals. To lead and manage plant operations from production, maintenance, HSE, Engineering, quality, supply chain and logistics to capitalised existing resources. To support global team in deploy new methodologies and structures that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands To ensure that overall policies and procedures are complied with local and global regulations while to ensure effective operations with sounds business acumen To monitor and control financial target and drive business along with departments head to achieve financial budget To lead and drive sustainability culture for the business 10-12 years experience in leadership role, chemical industry, packaging or related construction material will be advantage Proven track records of being change agent or change management experience with stable work experience Strong leadership, business acumen and people management
