About the Chief Executive Officer Role: In this business critical role, you will be in charge of creating all strategic and tactical processes in order to achieve the company's desired growth here in the Philippines. All aspects of running the the business, including direct and coordinate organisation's financial and budget activities to maximise financial performance/investments and increase efficiency Develop annual business plans and long-term strategic plans by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions, and recommending objectives to meet company objectives Drive commercial results in Philippines, both top and bottom line Develop the market strategy, guided by our regional goals and guardrails Be a visible and vocal champion for customers and partners externally, and the business and market internally Work with and guide the regional marketing and branding team to promote the brand locally Be an important cross-functional leader and partner, this is critical to the successful execution of strategic plans to the organisation To succeed in this Chief Executive Officer role, you will need to have the ability and experience to drive a team and carry effective management strategies. 10 or more years of work experience, including time spent in strategic and operational roles Solid work experience in marketing/sales/business development in a fintech/e-commerce/internet setup is an added advantage An appetite for taking smart risks in a fast-moving, competitive and often ambiguous environment Self-starter, with well-developed and proven judgement and problem-solving skills
