Job Description : PLANT HEAD INDONESIA A leading international FMCG company is seeking a high-calibre Plant Head (Sulawesi Based). In this job, you will be based in Sulawesi, Indonesia to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit. Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the Plant Head will play a key role in the company's continued development and success in producing good quality product to support the future expansion of the company business. Take charge of overall day-to-day operations in the factory Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while optimising cost and maintain quality standards Take charge of everything related to the supply chain, procurement, and P&L in the factory Develop systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets Develop and drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives Ensure that manpower, materials and plant are available as needed to meet the requirements of production and sales To succeed in this Plant Head (Sulawesi Based) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with all department of the factory and have a good communication within the teams, across borders and internal and external matrix. Bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university Minimum of 10 years of work experience as factory manager/plant head Exposure to the FMCG manufacturing FMCG industry is preferred Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Willing to be based in Sulawesi, Indonesia
