Job Description : SALES HEAD UAE A leading packaging company is looking for a Head of Sales in the UAE to manage the sales team and grow numbers in a well-established business. This role is crucial to put structure and KPIs to the existing sales operations in addition to identifying opportunities to increase sales into new accounts and developing commercial strategies that would grow the business unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversees developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets · Manages the departmental calendar in regard to trading priorities inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities · Develop and implement sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business · Through data, the Head of Sales identifies areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improvement of sales and business profits · Managing key relationships on behalf of the business · Build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers and regularly interact with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and different events. KEY REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 10 years of experience in the plastic packaging sector · Must be dynamic, hands-on, motivated to come in and create change in the team · Must have experience in the UAE currently or previously · Proven track record of leading and developing commercial teams · Strong communication skills
