Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER UAE The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with legal requirements meeting safety, quality, hygiene, cost, and environmental need. Drive continuous improvement through Total Performance Management and empower people to motivate and develop their capability. 1) Ensure that finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standards, on time, and meeting consumer expectations 2) Ensure business objective is achieved by cascading company target and escalating production-related issues to management team when appropriate 3) Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the company's standards through continuous coaching on safety behaviors 4) Elaborate and execute workforce development program that will provide appropriate flexibility of workforce and assets; focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on-time delivery through optimal resource allocation 5) Ensure ongoing smooth operation of the factory through employee and industrial relations 6) Ensure the timely launch of new products to the market as per agreement with the business unit 1) Minimum5 years of solid experience in Production, QA or Engineering management, preferably with edible oils. 2) Lead People - able to communicate the vision & mission to gain the understanding & commitment of the people to achieve the objectives 5) Result focus - set ambitious objectives and takes initiative to find ways to reach and exceed them 6) Implementation experience of Total Performance Management 7) Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects across functions
