FP & A Head

Job Description : HEAD FP & A KSA a giant conglomerate, is looking for a strategic and sagacious Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in Saudi Arabia to work closely with the Group CFO to drive growth and profitability. The Role: This role will own Business strategy, planning and forecasting processes, provide efficient business performance reviews, monitor KPIs, maintain budgetary discipline and evaluate strategic options, including capital allocation and CAPEX decisions. Succinctly, you will be responsible to: · Lead the design & implementation of the strategic plans, AOP, forecast, budgets and capital allocation/ planning processes across the Group. · Lead the design assessment & implementation of the business review process to ensure the Group is achieving its short and long term business, financial and value creation aspiration · Develop and implement the capital allocation / Capex process to ensure the viability of proposals · Develop performance measures and review processes, including analytical support in achieving the Group’s achievement of its financial and value creation goal · Interpret & report on performance, forecasts, risks & contingency planning. · Identify performance gaps & lead intervention process to bridge gaps · Develop & support best practice and process improvement tools. · Develop & support best practice and process improvement tools. · Advice and counsel the leadership team on business initiatives & financial implications. · Provide periodic business reviews to communicate the Business Stats to the Regional teams. · Coordinate ad hoc business analysis. · Manage FP&A team maximizing resource allocation & personal development · Design and implement development plans for FP&A Team members to build bench & succession plans to all levels in the function · Support building finance skills in non-finance functions. The Person · Must have one of the professional degrees (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) · Minimum 15 years of Post qualification experience, out of which 7+ years should have been in hardcore FP&A. If you have experience in Saudi working with a group or a multinational name, that’s a huge plus. · Strong analytical skills and IT familiarity · Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
