Job Description : MEP Director – UAE Mission Critical and Commercial Projects Start Date – Immediate Salary – International Competitive Wage + Medical and Bonus Working Week – Approx 45 Hours A EPC company, with a focus on design consultancy and project management. Reporting directly to the Operations director, you will be responsible for providing project direction to ensure the timing, cost and safety of a number of projects is delivered on time · You will be responsible for overseeing the MEP scope of ongoing projects, providing technical support where required. · Provide guidance and manage the client and professional expectations through early identification of project issues and report this to the relevant professionals, such as project managers · Working closely with sales and marketing to identify and develop, lasting relationships to grow the business and profitably. · Fully brief and debrief bid teams, ensuring the development of the team and division · Approximately 20 years experience working on MEP design · Previous experience working in Middle East preferred · Experience on a variety of projects, favored towards GMP/Data centre projects · Extensive experience through Concept and detailed process · Degree qualified in relevant Engineering Scope I.E – Electrical, Mechanical
