Group Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : Group CFO UAE We are group of companies who is currently looking for Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Candidates must be currently in UAE and willing to work in Ras Al Khaimah. As part of an executive management team, the Group CFO will have interaction with various members of a company. Has a primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations including maintaining investor relations and partnership compliance. Education and Work Experience: · Qualifies Chartered Accountant or CPA or CMA. · 5 years minimum experience as a CFO in a large group of companies. · 15+ years total accounting or finance experience. · Outstanding knowledge and understanding of compliance and reporting. · Background coordinating with IT to manage and/or upgrade accounting system. SAP implementation experience strongly preferred. · Outstanding communication and presentation skills. · Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence -ability to motivate staff. · Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills · Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls and compliance-related issues.
