Distillery Unit Head

Job Description : Head of the Distillery Unit VIETNAM 20-25 years experience · Understanding of the various manufacturing processes within the industry • Should be well versed in Distillery producing of ENA and Fuel Ethanol with a capacity of above 60 KLPD • Should have been as Head of the Unit/Company with successful results for atleast 5 years. • The analysis of raw material which include molasses and sugar cane. • Conversant with latest distillery process line equipment and technology • Experience in operation and maintenance activities of distilleries etc. • Experience in participating in construction of Distillery projects is preferred. • Research, analysis and management of the entire production unit • Troubleshooting and analytical skills • Team leadership, team spirit and team management skills to achieve targets • Communication and interpersonal skills Key Skills : Alcohol technology, Distillery producing , ENA and Fuel Ethanol, distillery process line equipment, technology, operation, maintenance activities of distilleries, Quality Analysis Desired Candidate Profile Education : Graduate in Sciences or / Post graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and certified in Alcohol technology. Experience : 20 years experience in sugar plant distillery. Age : Around 45 years Perks and Benefits Salary : Salary based on education, experience, merit and negotiation between both sides.
