Project Manager

Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER VIETNAM KCP Vietnam Industries Limited is a 100% Foreign Invested Company established in Vietnam in 1997 and operating a 10,000 TCD capacity sugar refinery with 30 MW Cogeneration unit and a 1,000 TCD sugar factory. To implement projects in sugar, Bio mass power generation, distillery and Medical glove production in next three years, we invite applications for the following posts from the eligible and interested candidates. Roles and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to represent KCP Vietnam Industries on the projects in Vietnam. · Mechanical Engineer with 20 years experience out of which 10 years in Project Management with around 5 years as Head or Vice Head of the Project Team. · Should be conversant in planning & Scheduling · Should have experience in contract negotiation and document preparation, procurement. · Project implementation and monitoring project progress · Coordinating activities with contractors, suppliers, internal staff etc. · Should have necessary experience in Costing & Budgeting · Experience in quality assurance related to project implementation. · Team leadership, team spirit and team management skills to achieve targets. · Regular Inspection of the Project and report to the General Director. · Knowledge in Engineering & purchasing · Experience in executing projects in one or two fields out of sugar / Bio mass / power generation / distillery · Medical glove production is preferred. · Logistics · Experience in Construction and Commissioning Key Skills : Planning & scheduling / Costing & designing / Engineering & purchasing / Inspection / logistics / Construction & commissioning / Medical Glove production /Biomass projects /power generation Desired Candidate Profile Qualification : BE (Mechanical) Experience : 20 years out of which 10 yrs in Project Management with around 5 yrs as Head or Vice Head of the Project Team experience in sugar industry.
